Our Butte clinic is at 401 S. Alabama St., Suite 10/11, inside the Alabama Street professional building near St. James Hospital.
From I-90 / I-15: Head south on Montana Street. Turn left on Mercury Street, then right onto Alabama Street. The office is on the right, approximately one block south of the hospital campus.
Parking: Free surface parking in front of the building. Accessible spaces are nearest the main entrance.
